We want you to love your home as much as we do, which is why we offer a 30-day trial period for all Neighbor furniture. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will help you coordinate a return or exchange for a hassle-free experience.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare for Pickup

  Keep your original packaging whenever possible; our team will reach out to schedule a convenient time for large furniture retrieval or provide a shipping label for smaller accents.

• 3.
  Inspection and Processing

  Once your items arrive back at our facility, our quality team will inspect them to ensure they are in like-new condition to complete the processing.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After approval, your refund will be issued to your original payment method, minus any applicable restocking fees, typically appearing within 5-10 business days.
